It’s March, the hares are mad and we’re mad about science so the Cromar Future Group have teamed up with 10 local Primary Schools, the University of Edinburgh’s SCI-FUN Roadshow and some of our local clubs. So look out for events near you in the glorious Upper Deeside and Donside countryside for a wonderful fortnight of science (26th February to 11th March).
PLEASE NOTE: IT’S THIS WEEKEND – POSTPONED FROM LAST WEEKEND, SO : 10th & 11th of March – The Mad March Science Festival features the University of Edinburgh’s SCI-FUN Roadshow.
Come and have a great time – with fifty fun hands-on science activities for all ages.

- A visit to your local school featuring MadLabs, Rude Mechanicals and a school open day – Participating schools are Tarland, Logie Coldstone, Craigievar, Lumphanan, Aboyne, Towie, Strathdon, Crathie, Braemar, Ballater
- Two Science Festivals one at Aboyne on Deeside and one at Towie on Donside
- Adult talks in the evening
